The license of Aegon Life Ukraine PJSC has been canceled after the affiliation to the JSC TAS Insurance Сompany (IC TAS ).

Taking into account the approval of the transfer act regarding the accession of Aegon Life Ukraine PJSC to IC TAS, it has become the legal successor of the company. In accordance with the requirements of the legislation the license of Aegon Life Ukraine PJSC is canceled.

We draw the attention of representatives of mass media, partners and clients that the exclusion of Aegon Life Ukraine PJSC from the register of insurance companies and the cancellation of a license is a necessary legal procedure in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. Clients of Aegon Life Ukraine PJSC will continue to be serviced in JSC TAS Insurance Сompany, and obligations under contracts with them will be fulfilled in full, in accordance with the Rules, on the basis of which the Insurance Contract was concluded.
