Today, the Private Joint Stock Company “TAS Insurance Group“ (hereinafter referred to as “TAS IG”) is among the ten leaders of the national insurance, demonstrating consistently strong financial results. While improving business practices, TAS IG constantly works towards the improvement of quality of services rendered.
The reliability of TAS IG is not only with the authorized capital secured on the reserve fund, but an effective mechanism of reinsurance of large risks. The company cooperates with leading re-insurers in the world.
TAS IG is one of the founders and a member of the Ukrainian Federation of Insurance, a member of the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine, the National Club of Insurance Benefits in Ukraine, the Association of Shipbuilders of Ukraine, the European Business Association, the Ukrainian Construction Association, the International Chamber of Commerce, the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneur and the Credit History Bureau.
TAS IG has an extensive regional network: 28 regional directorates and branches, 364 sales centers staffed by 1,200 full-time specialists and more than 3,700 insurance agents operating throughout the territory of Ukraine.

JSC “TAS Insurance Сompany “(IC TAS ) was founded in 2000.
IC “TAS” has been the first domestic life insurance company. Today the IC TAS is one of the leading and competent life insurance companies in Ukraine. It offers its customers a wide range of modern programs of individual and corporate life insurance with quality professional services.
The main distribution channel of the Company is the network of insurance brokers, that include market leaders such as LLC “Assis-Tas” and “TAS-Finance” (all members of the TAS Group).
For further growth and increasing its market share, IC TAS implements projects aimed at building its own agent network and utilizing bank assurance channels. Presently there are four offices of the sales network in Kyiv, and also in Dnipro, Zhitomir, Cherkassy, Kharkiv, Odesa, Vynnitsa.
In addition to that, the Company applies innovative methods of sales, in order to strengthen its leading position in the life insurance market.
TAS-LOGISTIC LLC was established in 2008. In 2014 the company owned a fleet of 297 railway cars for grain. In 2017-2018, the company acquired 1,000 railway cars from the largest Ukrainian factories: PJSC Dneprovagonmash (a member of the TAS group of companies) and PJSC Kryukovsky Car-Repair Plant.
The company’s car fleet includes more than 1 200 grain wagons and 160 open-top wagons, which makes it possible to occupy one of the leading positions among the owners of such rolling stock on the Ukrainian railway.
Today, the company provides a range of transport and logistics services for the organization of transportation of grain and oil cargo. At the same time, part of their own cars is provided for use to other operators on a rental basis.
