JSC “TAS Insurance Сompany “(IC TAS ) acquired a land site and real estate in Kiev
JSC “TAS Insurance Сompany “(IC TAS ), which specializes in life insurance and is a part of the financial and industrial group “TAS”, acquired a land site (0.2599 hectares) and real estate (office buildings) in Kiev (street Velyka Vasylkivska, 39). The property previously belonged to PJSC “Bank” Ukrgasbank and was sold through an open auction.
“The increase in the share of investment property in the portfolio of the TAS Insurance Company is a continuation of the long-term strategy of diversification and increase of profitability of assets under the control of the insurance company,” said Andriy Vlasenko, Chairman of the Board of PJSC “Insurance Company TAS”.
At the moment, the TAS Group is considering projects on the construction of a modern multifunctional complex on these sites, taking into account the peculiarities and unique location of the acquired plots.
